A job is a pull sheet: list the gear a show needs, then check it out against the list so nothing gets left behind.

In the print dialog: scale 100% (never "fit to page"), headers/footers OFF, and for black labels turn "print backgrounds" ON. Run the alignment test on plain paper first.
In the print dialog pick the Zebra printer, set paper size to 2 × 1 in, margins to None, and scale to 100%. These stick after the first print.
Set copies per item and pick the code style: QR squares for cases and gear, barcodes for skinny things like cables. One sheet can mix both.
Add items in the Inventory tab first, then come back here to print their QR labels.
Restock rows come from expendables at their reorder point; add anything else here and check it off when bought.
Anyone on the crew can post and check things off. Enter posts; Shift+Enter makes a new line.
